Juliana Bol is a public health practitioner with experience in monitoring and evaluation, standardizing quality improvement approaches for primary health care programs and quantitative data analysis. She worked for five years in South Sudan supporting health system strengthening programs, developed national M&E operational plans for HIV and Malaria programs, and a national quality improvement toolkit. She has also trained health workers, NGO program staff and MoH staff in quality improvement for infection prevention standards, maternal and child health service provision, and M&E. Juliana is passionate about program implementation and using econometric tools to assess the impact of programs and improve decision-making. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Health, Health Systems.
