Rachel Beck is an international development professional with 13 years of experience across North America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Rachel has worked extensively in fragile states and previously lived and worked in South Sudan and Iraq for 6 years. She has experience in program design, program management and developing robust M&E systems across cash, WASH, NFI, peacebuilding, livelihoods, capacity development, governance and youth psychosocial and education programs. Rachel holds master’s degrees in public administration and data science. She has a passion for improving systems and leveraging technology. Rachel has set up ICT systems in some of the most difficult to reach locations and has used mobile technology extensively in her work. Her current interests focus on using data science to solve problems across the humanitarian and international development landscapes.
