Blakey Emmett has more than 15 years of experience creating and deploying corporate responsibility, cross-sector partnership, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Throughout her career, she has navigated complex global organizations in corporate, foundation, and NGO environments to build strategic alliances that integrate business and community needs.
After successfully building Sodexo’s community relations effort, “STOP Hunger,” throughout its North American business, Blakey led Sodexo’s global expansion of what became its signature initiative. Working to engage 420,000 employees, Blakey partnered with cross-cultural teams and market leads to deploy STOP Hunger programming in 42 countries. Her efforts made way for employee, customer, supplier, and client engagement across Sodexo markets and geographies, including the adoption of a global service month, Servathon, and the creation of Sodexo Foundations or Associations in 7 countries.
At Pact, a global NGO, Blakey built its Corporate Engagement practice from the ground up, crafting and embedding its strategy to partner with the private sector to expand impact. She provided training and counsel to country leads and technical staff to engage with corporations in corporate responsibility and shared value partnerships across health, natural resource management,

Blakey has had the honor of speaking at various training facilities, fundraisers, and conferences, including Sodexo World, Sodexo’s global training university, Business for Social Responsibility (BSR), FSG, and the Global FoodBanking Network.
