Clear Outcomes awarded five-year USAID contract
Leads consortium of monitoring, evaluation, and learning experts
Boise, ID— September 23, 2020— The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded their Evaluation, Monitoring, and Learning Services (EVAL-ME II) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Clear Outcomes, a woman-owned small business. Under the EVAL-ME II IDIQ five-year contract, Clear Outcomes will provide technical and advisory services in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) for USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning at Embassies, the Bureau, and Agency-wide.
